Who is LaughterZone 101
The Laughter Zone 101 stand-up comedy classes are the #1 comedy classes in Vancouver. They have introduced stand-up comedy to over 938 students and we have produced 186+ comedy showcases. They are the longest running comedy school and have students ranging from age 8-87 years old.
What We Did
The request was to design a poster campaign for a new series of stand-up shows Laughter Zone 101 was putting together called F is for Funny. We decided to go with bold photography (which happened to be free) paired with a relatively clean and simple design along with pops of bright colours.
Since typical stand-up comedy posters tend to be very busy, with photography of the performers and a lot of text, the direction of this poster series made them stand out from the crowd.
